Rebranding the best kept secret in coffee
When I joined the team at coffee roaster, Lincoln & York, the objective was to shift perceptions in the industry following a big expansion to the business’ roasting capability. The company had been going for 20 years and its identity and assets had become outdated.
We set about refreshing the brand, ensuring all key stakeholders - team and customers - were part of the journey. After a process of questionnaires, workshops and some amazing work from our local design agency, we rolled out a major rebrand, new website and events schedule - putting the expertise of the business and its people front and centre. Lincoln & York is today recognised as a global coffee roasting operation and it’s great to see the branding still thriving eight years later.
